Company Information

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Visionesque Ltd (Company Number 12105763), registered at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX.
Our Approach to Manufacturing
Denmeg.com operates on a made-to-order basis to reduce textile waste. Every product is printed-to-order and crafted specifically for you once an order is placed. All products are fulfilled by our designated manufacturing partner, Inkthreadable, based in the United Kingdom.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that your item is bespoke and manufactured specifically for you.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
- No Returns/Exchanges: Because each item is custom-made to your specific requirements, we do not accept returns or exchanges for “change of mind” or incorrect size selection. Detailed size charts are provided on each product page; we strongly recommend comparing these measurements against a garment you already own.
- Statutory Note: In accordance with Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the 14-day right to cancel does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
- Cancellation Window: As a courtesy, cancellations may be requested within 12 hours of order placement. However, as production begins quickly, cancellation is not guaranteed once an order has entered the manufacturing process.
- Refused delivery: The item cost and shipping cost are non-refundable for undelivered packages or refused deliveries, whether that be a non-existant address or un-paid duty & tax by your country’s government for orders that are returned to us.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, we will replace it at no additional cost.
- Reporting: Contact us at info@denmeg.comwithin 7 days of delivery with clear photographic evidence.
- Transit Damage: If damage is evident upon delivery, please refuse the package. If discovered after opening, notify us within 48 hours.
- Statutory Rights: In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a right to a replacement or refund for faulty goods.
EU/NI Shipments and Product Safety
- GPSR Compliance: All products manufactured by our partner meet the safety requirements of the EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR). We maintain all required safety documentation for six years. Manufacturer details are available upon request for regulatory compliance.
- 2-Year EU Warranty: In addition to UK statutory rights, customers in the European Union are entitled to a mandatory 2-year legal guarantee against manufacturing defects or goods that do not match the description provided.
International Customs and Import Duties
Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom are delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means the price paid at checkout does not include local taxes or import duties.
You are responsible for any and all import duties, taxes and charges that your country’s customs & imports office may charge when your order enters your country. These fees and taxes are not included in the planner price or shipping fee.
Any delay in arrival as a result of your shipment held by customs & imports is not the responsibility of Denmeg.com.
All taxes and duty fees are calculated by the destination country’s customs & imports office and are the buyer’s responsibility to pay.
We cannot refund any item costs or shipping fees if you do not pay any taxes or duty to your country, resulting in your item being returned to us.
- US Orders: Following the removal of the de minimis threshold and the introduction of Section 122 tariffs, most imports are subject to a flat 15% surcharge plus standard customs duties.
- EU Orders: New 2026 regulations require duties and VAT on all items regardless of value. Most EU couriers also charge a fixed handling fee (typically €10–€20) to process these payments.
- Refusal of Delivery: If a customer refuses to pay customs fees and the item is returned, the original shipping cost and any return carriage fees will be deducted from the refund.
The item cost and shipping cost are non-refundable for undelivered packages or refused deliveries, whether that be a non-existant address or un-paid duty & tax by your country’s government for orders that are returned to us.
