All payments are processed through a secure and encrypted checkout system.
We currently accept most majour credit cards (Master, VISA, Amex, JCB, etc) Stripe, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
We also support international currencies, including USD, EUR, and JPY.
*For international orders, please note that any local customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Because each piece is made-to-order specifically for you, we aren’t able to accept returns once an item has been created.
However, your happiness is very important to us. We will always offer a refund or replacement for:
– Items that were sent incorrectly
– Damaged or defective products
Need to fix mistakes? We move quickly to get your order started! If you’ve made a mistake or changed your mind, please email us at hellohello@denmeg.com within 1 hours of ordering. After this window, we’ve likely already started crafting your item. You can find more details in our: T&Cs
Refused Deliveries:
Refunds for the item cost and shipping cost are non-refundable for undelivered packages or refused deliveries, whether that be a non-existant address or un-paid duty & tax by your country’s government for orders that are returned to us.
International Orders:
You are responsible for any and all import duties, taxes and charges that your country’s customs & imports office may charge when your order enters your country. These fees and taxes are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
Any delay in arrival as a result of your shipment held by customs & imports is not the responsibility of Denmeg.com. All taxes and duty fees are calculated by the destination country’s customs & imports office and are the buyer’s responsibility to pay. We cannot refund any item costs or shipping fees if you do not pay any taxes or duty to your country, resulting in your planner being returned to us.
We keep our shipping simple:
- UK: £4.50 flat rate | Free shipping on orders over £100
- EU: From £10 | Free shipping on orders over £150
- US: From £13 (Shipping is calculated at checkout based on quantity)
- Worldwide: From £15 (Shipping is calculated at checkout based on quantity and destination)
We also occasionally offer free shipping or discount codes to members!
As your items are made specially for you, we typically take up to 5 working days to process your order and get it ready to ship. During busy periods, this might take a little longer. We’ll send you tracking details as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Sometimes, your order will be sent in more than one parcel when some items are ready before others.
If so, we will send you a separate tracking number for each parcel, and there is no extra cost to you.
Estimated delivery times once dispatched:
- UK: Royal Mail 24 (1–3 workinhg days) or courier (next working day).
- EU: Royal Mail (3–5 workinhg days) or courier (varies by destination).
- US: USPS (3-5 working days) or courier (varies by destination).
- International: Royal Mail (7–10 workinhg days) or courier (5–7 days).
*Please note that delivery times can vary based on your location. If you’re still waiting for your parcel, please allow up to 10 working days for UK orders or 30 days for international deliveries before reaching out.
