About Your Order

At Denmeg.com, every item is made to order specifically for you. This means we only make products when ordered, which reduces textile waste and ensures your items are freshly made.

Production & Delivery Times

Because your items are made to order, please allow 3 to 5 working days of processing time before your order is dispatched.
Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  • UK: Most orders are delivered within 1 to 2 days after dispatch (via Royal Mail or DPD).
  • USA: Typically 3 to 5 days via USPS.
  • Europe: Usually 3 to 5 days.
  • International: 5 to 10 days, depending on the destination.

    Tracking Your Parcel

    As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please note that it can take 24 to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the system.

    Sustainable Packaging

    We use plain, 100% plastic-free packaging for our items, using compostable and recyclable materials.

    Clothing: Packed in weatherproof kraft paper mailing bags.
    Home Décor: Protected in bespoke, crush-resistant cardboard boxes.
    Art Prints: Dispatched in reinforced envelopes or 100% cardboard triangular tubes.
    Framed Art: Uses innovative hexagonal-shaped cardboard sleeves for a safe, secure journey.

    Receiving Your Order

    Letterbox Delivery: Most single clothing orders are compact enough to fit through a standard letterbox. Larger or multiple-item orders will require someone to be present, or a safe place must be designated for delivery.

    Multiple Items: If you have ordered different types of products, they may arrive in separate parcels. We do this to ensure that items which are ready are dispatched to you as quickly as possible. There is no additional shipping cost for separate deliveries.

    Gifts: If your order is a gift, we can include a personalised message on the packing slip. When a gift message is added, the item price is hidden from the recipient.

    Help & Support

    Returns: As our items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind or sizing errors. We will, however, replace any damaged or missing items.     Missing Orders: Whilst rare, parcels can occasionally be delayed. We kindly ask that you allow 10 working days (UK) or 30 days (International) before reporting an order as missing. All claims must be submitted within 60 days of the dispatch date.
