This means we only make products when ordered, which reduces textile waste and ensures your items are freshly made.\t<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Production &amp; Delivery Times<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Because your items are made to order, please allow 3 to 5 working days of processing time before your order is dispatched.<br>Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on your location: <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>UK: Most orders are delivered within 1 to 2 days after dispatch (via Royal Mail or DPD).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>USA: Typically 3 to 5 days via USPS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Europe: Usually 3 to 5 days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>International: 5 to 10 days, depending on the destination.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul data-spectra-id=\"spectra-mozyqx4w-sqvfi1\" class=\"spectra-list spectra-list-unordered wp-block-spectra-list\">\n\t<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tracking Your Parcel<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please note that it can take 24 to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sustainable Packaging<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We use plain, 100% plastic-free packaging for our items, using compostable and recyclable materials.<br><br>Clothing: Packed in weatherproof kraft paper mailing bags.<br>Home D\u00e9cor: Protected in bespoke, crush-resistant cardboard boxes.<br>Art Prints: Dispatched in reinforced envelopes or 100% cardboard triangular tubes.<br>Framed Art: Uses innovative hexagonal-shaped cardboard sleeves for a safe, secure journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Receiving Your Order<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Letterbox Delivery: Most single clothing orders are compact enough to fit through a standard letterbox. Larger or multiple-item orders will require someone to be present, or a safe place must be designated for delivery.<br><br>Multiple Items: If you have ordered different types of products, they may arrive in separate parcels. We do this to ensure that items which are ready are dispatched to you as quickly as possible. There is no additional shipping cost for separate deliveries.<br><br>Gifts: If your order is a gift, we can include a personalised message on the packing slip. When a gift message is added, the item price is hidden from the recipient.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Help &amp; Support<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Returns: As our items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind or sizing errors.
